This collection is printed to order to maintain exclusivity and prevent overstock. You’re securing a custom piece, not fast fashion. Production starts as soon as you checkout. Stop playing with mid merch—wait for the best.

1. Fulfillment & Processing Time
Once you place an order, it takes 2–5 business days to print and package your item. Please note that this "fulfillment time" is for production and packing, and is in addition to the shipping time selected at checkout.

2. Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:
USA: 3–6 business days

Canada: 6–12 business days

International: 10–20 business days

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs and Import Taxes For international orders, ILoveHashNotU, is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
